Detailed itinerary

Day 1 · Arrival in Girona

Group welcome and check-in at a luxury hotel. In the afternoon, guided visit through the historic centre of Girona: the cathedral, the Jewish quarter, the Arab baths and the monastery of Sant Pere de Galligants. Welcome dinner at a gastronomic restaurant downtown.

Day 2 · Girona – Sant Feliu de Guíxols · 45 km

Relaxed route along the Vía Verde del Carrilet greenway, following the Onyar valley. We ride through Quart, Cassà de la Selva, Llagostera and Santa Cristina d’Aro, with wooded landscapes of the Les Gavarres massif. Arrival at the coast in Sant Feliu. Dinner with sea views.

Day 3 · Sant Feliu – Palafrugell · 50 km

Coastal route, passing through Platja d’Aro, Calonge and Palamós, where we sample fresh seafood at the harbour. Stop at Castell beach and visit to the Iberian ruins. Arrival in Calella de Palafrugell, with an optional technical route through Les Gavarres (47 km).

Day 4 · Palafrugell – Torroella de Montgrí · 49 km

We ride across the Empordà plain. We cross Bellcaire d’Empordà, visit the ruins of Empúries in Sant Martí d’Empúries and enjoy free time in the seaside town of l’Escala. End of the day in Torroella de Montgrí, amid fields and farmhouses.

Day 5 · Torroella – Castelló d’Empúries · 45 km

Quiet stage along rural paths. We visit the medieval villages of Pals and Peratallada, cross rice fields and stop at a 15th-century mill. Tasting of arròs negre (black rice) at a traditional restaurant. Accommodation near the Aiguamolls Natural Park.

Day 6 · Castelló d’Empúries – Roses · 59 km

Stage along the coast and the natural park. We cross canals, farmland and wetlands until reaching the bay of Roses. Possibility of swimming at its beaches. Dinner on your own and accommodation at a boutique hotel.

Day 7 · Roses – Figueres – Girona · 58 km

Last day of riding among vineyards, hills and historic villages of the Alt Empordà. The stage includes a stop in Peralada and continues towards Figueres to visit the Dalí Theatre-Museum. At the end, private transfer to Girona, where you will stay at a design hotel located in the historic centre.

Day 8 · Girona

Breakfast and group farewell. End of the experience. Free time to keep exploring Girona or return to your point of origin.

To confirm the trip booking, payment will be made in three stages:

• 25% at the time of booking.
• 50% remaining must be paid 2 months before the trip.
• Final 25% must be paid during the last month before departure.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 60 days before the trip: full refund of amounts paid.
• Between 59 and 31 days before: 50% refund.
• With less than 30 days before the trip: no refunds will be made.
