This route through Eastern Europe will take you through breathtaking landscapes, vibrant cities and a rich cultural heritage across four wonderful countries: the Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary. You’ll ride along routes following the majestic Danube river, discovering the essence of each destination while enjoying the freedom of cycling.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Prague

Pick-up at Prague airport and private transfer to your hotel in the city centre. After settling in, you’ll have free time to explore this magical city. In the evening, we invite you to enjoy a traditional dinner at the famous U FLEKU restaurant, where you can taste the renowned Czech beer.

Day 2: Prague by Bike (25 km)

After a delicious breakfast, you’ll adjust your bike and join a tour of Prague’s main attractions. You’ll ride across the iconic Charles Bridge and up to Prague Castle, where you’ll visit the impressive St. Vitus Cathedral. As you explore, you’ll have free time to stroll through the old town and admire the historic Astronomical Clock. We recommend dining at a medieval tavern.

Day 3: Discovering Vienna by Bike (25 km)

After a nutritious breakfast, we’ll travel by train to Vienna, and in the afternoon enjoy a city tour on two wheels. We’ll ride along its historic avenues, visiting iconic landmarks such as the State Opera and Hofburg Palace. We encourage you to stop at one of the famous cafés to enjoy a coffee and a slice of Sacher cake. The afternoon is free for you to keep exploring at your own pace.

Day 4: Vienna – Tulln an der Donau, Riding Along the Danube (80 km)

Here, we’ll begin our 80 km ride along the Danube, enjoying a serene, flat landscape. On arrival in Vienna, you’ll settle into a centrally located hotel, ideal for exploring this vibrant city.

Day 5: Vienna to Bratislava (75 km)

We’ll start the day with a hearty breakfast and begin cycling along the left bank of the Danube. During this 75 km stretch, you’ll enjoy the natural beauty of the Donau-Auen National Park before arriving in Bratislava. After settling into your hotel, you’ll have time to discover the charming old town and enjoy a traditional Slovak dinner at Slovak Pub.

Day 6: Bratislava to Győr (80 km)

After breakfast, we’ll take our bikes for an 80 km ride along the Danube, surrounded by lush forests and peaceful landscapes. On arrival in Narad, you’ll stay at a rural hotel with lake views, where you can relax in the spa and recharge for the following days.

Day 7: Győr to Komárno (50 km)

This day will take us through 50 km of beautiful trails alongside the Danube. On arrival in Komárno, you’ll have the chance to explore this historic town that blends the cultural influences of Slovakia and Hungary.

Day 8: Komárno to Esztergom (55 km)

Today will be a special day, where you can enjoy a swim in the Danube before continuing towards Esztergom. Crossing the bridge into this town, you’ll admire the impressive Basilica, one of the largest in Europe and an architectural gem.

Day 9: Esztergom to Budapest (75 km)

On our final day of cycling, we’ll ride 70 km towards the magical city of Budapest. Enjoy lunch at a bar by the river before reaching the iconic Parliament building. On arrival at the hotel, you’ll leave your bikes behind and can spend the afternoon discovering the Hungarian capital.

Day 10: Return Home

After a final buffet breakfast, we’ll transfer you to Budapest airport for your return flight. Thank you for sharing this unforgettable experience in Eastern Europe with us.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

To confirm the trip booking, payment will be made in three instalments:

• 25% at the time of booking.
• 50% due 2 months before the trip.
• Final 25% due during the last month before departure.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 60 days before the trip: full refund of amounts paid.
• Between 59 and 31 days before: 50% refund.
• With less than 30 days before the trip: no refunds will be issued.
