Introduction to Enduro Course with Shuttle Lifts

At MTB Spain we offer you the chance to enter the exciting world of Enduro with a specialized course. Improve your technical skills while enjoying the thrill of the descents in complete safety!

Course Methodology and Content:

1st Position on the bike:
You’ll learn the correct postures to control your bike on different terrains and situations, maximizing stability and performance.

2nd Cornering and technical sections:
We’ll teach you how to approach corners and get through technical sections, perfecting your technique to improve control and flow on the descents.

3rd Correct brake use:
Master the right techniques to use your brakes efficiently, avoiding skids and ensuring safe riding on every descent.

Course Schedule:

• 10:00 to 13:00: Guided technical and practical class.
• 13:00 to 14:00: Free-ride descents with instructor Jorge, applying what you’ve learned safely and in control.

Includes:

• Shuttle lifts, to make the most of the descents.
• Technical and practical class, taught by an expert guide.
• Full protective gear: helmet, knee pads and elbow pads.
• Insurance, so you can enjoy the experience worry-free.
