Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 | Welcome to Rennes
Arrival in Rennes and group reception. Trip presentation, van handover, and safety briefing.
Free afternoon to explore the capital of Brittany.
Highlights of the day:

Walk through Place des Lices and Parc du Thabor.

Visit to Saint-Pierre Cathedral.

Welcome dinner at an authentic Breton crêperie.
Overnight: Motorhome area or campsite in Rennes.
Day 2 | Rennes – Dinan – Dinard – Saint-Malo
A day combining nature, history, and coastline.
From Rennes, we follow the Ille-et-Rance canal to Dinan, a medieval gem, and continue along the Emerald Coast to Saint-Malo, a corsair city and symbol of Brittany.
Highlights of the day:

Panoramic route along the Ille-et-Rance canal.

Visit to Dinan: ramparts, half-timbered houses, and viewpoints over the river.

Stop in Dinard, an elegant seaside town.

Arrival in Saint-Malo and a walk along its ramparts.

Seafood and oyster dinner with views over the Mont Saint-Michel bay.
Overnight: Campsite or motorhome area by the sea in Saint-Malo.
Day 3 | Saint-Malo – Cancale – Mont Saint-Michel
Coastal route to Cancale, famous for its oysters, and on to the iconic Mont Saint-Michel.
A day of cliffs, sea flavors, and world heritage.
Highlights of the day:

Oyster tasting at the port of Cancale.

Walk through the medieval old town of Mont Saint-Michel.

Sunset in front of the illuminated abbey.
Overnight: Motorhome area with views of Mont Saint-Michel.
Day 4 | Mont Saint-Michel – Saint-Lô – Carentan
Start of the historic route toward Normandy.
In the morning, free visit to the abbey of Mont Saint-Michel before continuing to Saint-Lô and Carentan.

Arrival in Carentan, a key location in the Battle of Normandy.

Day 5 | Sainte-Mère-Église – Azeville – Utah Beach
Explore the sites of the American Landing.

Utah Beach and its D-Day museum.
Overnight: Domaine Airborne or a nearby campsite.
Day 6 | Carentan – Pointe du Hoc – Omaha Beach – Bayeux
A day full of history and emotion, touring the most iconic D-Day beaches.
Highlights of the day:

Normandy American Cemetery.

Omaha Beach and Arromanches-les-Bains.
Overnight: Bayeux, a medieval town with its famous tapestry.
Day 7 | Bayeux – Juno Beach – Sword Beach – Caen
Closing the trip at the sites of the British landings.

Caen Memorial, a museum about war and peace.
Overnight: Hotel or motorhome area in Caen.
Farewell dinner.
Day 8 | Return
Breakfast in Caen and end of the trip.
